WHAT IS LIQUID CULTURE?
Liquid culture (LC) is living mycelium grown in a sterile nutrient solution. Unlike spores which require germination, LC provides a head start with actively-growing mycelium that colonizes grain jars significantly faster. One 10ml syringe can inoculate 3-5 quart jars of grain.
HOW TO USE GOLDEN OYSTER LIQUID CULTURE:
1. Shake syringe vigorously for 30 seconds to break up mycelium clumps
2. Flame-sterilize needle until red hot, allow to cool
3. Inject 2-4ml through the self-healing injection port of your grain jar
4. Expect visible colonization within 3-7 days at 70-75°F
